What are you going to do about it?

Stop chasing your pain! Pain doesn’t tell you where the problem exists; it only tells you there IS a problem. Any system that teaches you that you can be “cured” without having to change anything about your life is a significantly flawed system. Taking responsibility and participating in your own rehabilitation is an essential part of ‘getting back in the game’. Movement is life and life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself. As clinicians, we can’t “fix”, we can only create experiences for our clients to safely work through their challenges and help guide them to experience the changes they need to get better. The “method” is nothing more than a stimulus that just happened to be what the body decided was of “benefit” or “advantageous” or “required.”
