CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments or you will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee. When you miss a scheduled appointment, you not only affect yourself for missing the treatment that you need, but the therapist for loss of income and the person who could have had your reserved time. I respect your valuable time and hope you will respect mine.
Insurance:
I am a Registered Massage Therapist so my sercives are covered by many extended health care plans. I will issue a receipt and you can submit it to your insurance company directly. All plans are different: a doctor’s note may be required for treatment to be covered by your plan. Make sure you read the fine print.
